COLOUR SERVICES & PATCH TESTING
Creative colour & colour transformation services are offered by quotation following an initial consultation and there will be an extra charge applied when booking with our Master Colour Expert technicians. A simple skin / strand test is necessary 48 hours prior to any permanent colour or curl service to ensure product compatibility.
APPOINTMENTS
Please note that upto 50% of the cost of your service will be taken when booking your appointment. This is transferable if at least 48 hours notice is given to alter your appointment. For less than 48 hours notice, this amount will not be transferable or refundable. For appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior or if you do not show up for an appointment the full appointment payment will be due. We hope you understand that as a small business we need notice to be able to fill your appointment space.
